MAVA spol. s r.o. is a complex gastronomic company, the main strategy of which is to solve the problems and requirements of customers in the field of gastronomy and laundry services totally. This is because every such operating unit not only includes stoves, boilers, convection ovens and other machines, but also storage areas, preparation rooms, dishwashing etc.

A quality food processing facility has to include well designed and installed air-conditioning, power distributions with quality lighting, gas distributions in conformity with valid standards, health engineering technologies with the resolved problems of softened water for selected machines, fat and municipal sewage, social facilities, etc.

The food processing facility has to adhere to all valid standards from the standards on heavy-current distributions, gas distributions to safety and hygiene at work and, last but not least, Regulation No. 137/2004 and its amendment Regulation No. 602/2006 Coll. The economic point of view is a very important element of every gastronomic facility – i.e. the optimum investment and operating costs. We offer the same services in the field of laundry facilities and technologies.

We provide the following range of services:

• Consultancy - proposing a suitable type of the gastronomic facility according to the investor´s requirements, estimating the costs for the business plan, selecting the most suitable technology, expert opinions on current facilities etc.
• Designing - designs of all stages from studies to the implementation design documentation, both complex designs in all professions, and separate designs in the field of technology. When processing designs, we use exact methods such as “virtual cooking” and capacity calculations for optimum numbers and capacities of the facility.
• Supply activity - we act both as a general contractor for reconstructed and new constructions, and as a sub-contractor of technological parts – an authorisation.
• Sale - a unit sale of all machines with or without assembly, including training.
• Assembly and service activity - we perform assemblies of our deliveries including revisions and trainings of operators. We also provide guarantee and post-guarantee service. We provide preventive maintenance services for the contracts implemented by our company.
