With regard to the strong pressure of the hygiene supervision authorities on adhering to Act No. 258/2000 Coll. and the amendment of Regulation No. 602/2006 Coll. which is in force from 1 January 2007and amends Regulation No. 137/2004 Coll. (as of 1 July 2003 all public catering services must meet all requirements of these regulations), some towns deal with these problems.

Our company significantly participated in the processing of these problems for the following towns: Ostrava, Orlová, Hlučín and Kopřivnice. The works for Orlová and Kopřivnice progressed furthest. We processed studies for them and then we participated in the processing of the implementation design documentation for the reconstruction of school catering services. In 2003 we won the tender in Orlová for the implementation of Stage 1 and we implemented the central kitchen, two issue points in comprehensive schools and two issue points in kindergartens. In 2004, we implemented the central kitchen and a big issue point in Kopřivnice in the same way. In 2006 we implemented Stage 1 –“Partial Centralisation of School Catering in Hlučín” and in 2007 we implemented Stage 2.

In 2007 we processed the Study of Catering Optimisation at School Facilities for the Statutory City of Liberec and the Opposition Opinion on the Technical Inventory of the State of School Catering of Hradec Králové Study. Both these studies related to school catering centralisation.
