Offer of the design and architectural offices

Mava has 5 designers – its own employees working full-time. One of them is an authorized engineer of the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians (ČKAIT) for technological equipment of constructions. Two of the designers have designed gastronomic equipment for more than 7 years. The company has another two employees working in other departments who are able to perform independent design activity. In case of urgency, it is possible to employ as many as 7 designers for a contract.

We offer cooperation in the processing of designs of all stages to design and architectural offices.

We have processed many designs in the past (e.g. more than 70 designs in 2002) for numerous design and architectural companies. Our Design Department is especially based upon quality and speed in the processing of designs. and, as a complex company also dealing with implementation, experience from practice and operation. We are able to act very flexibly and quickly meet the customer´s requirements. We can state that we are one of few gastronomic companies in the Czech Republic which has a separate Design Department with 5 independent designers – technologists. Other companies usually solve designs by means of “universal” employees who also deal with business activity. We certainly cooperate with other designers – specialists who process air-conditioning, heavy-current connections, health technologies, central heating, gas distributions and constructional parts for us exactly according to our requirements. We put the highest emphasis on air-conditioning because it ensures a microclimate in the kitchen operating unit which greatly influences the assurance of hygiene safety in a gastronomic facility.

We offer the design processing of the technological part including precise basic documents for all other professions. We work on the platform of Auto-CAD (2005 and lower versions). We are able to process both sub-contracts of the gastro-technological side, and complex design documentation including negotiating with all the affected statutory authorities and ensuring the engineering activity. During the implementation by our own employees we ensure the author´s supervision over all professions.

Our designs follow from capacity calculations or a processed "virtual cooking" and they optimize requirements for air-conditioning, electric power, health technologies, etc. on the basis of these data.
