Five service technicians and the head of the department are available to you at the Implementation and Service Department. Technicians are equipped with three utility and two passenger cars and quality tools.

With regard to the high number of the implemented contracts (see References the work organisation is at a very high level in this department. Therefore, it is possible to ensure assembling the technology to a ready construction in very short terms and with a high quality of the performed work.

For servicing and repairs we enforce the preventive method at our clients. By means of cycle preventive inspections we decrease consequent costs for potential failures of machines at our customers. During the prevention we place emphasis on complexity, i.e. we not only check the gastronomic equipment, but also related accessories such as water softeners, chemical preparations dosing machines (detergent and rinsing dosing machines) etc.
